the hollander

The Hollander is a family owned and managed restaurant taking its name from Proprietor Jim Holland. You will find him at the Bar, his son Stephen, who is Head Chef and Jims wife Margaret in the kitchen. Popular house specialities include Beef Wellington, and Salmon en Croute shaped by hand to look like a fish.

There is also a vegetarian speciality and fresh local seafood nightly. The Hollander is three times County winner of the coveted Bushmills Bar of the Year award.
